The Committee for Managing Gender Issues has been set up as the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). This committee not only to deal with complaints of sexual harassment of women in the workplace but also to focus on creating awareness, counselling and educating about gender issues.

Objectives:-
To create an Institute-wide policy against sexual harassment of women through the proper reporting of the complaints and their follow-up procedures, to ensure the application of the policy in letter and spirit.
To uphold the Institute's commitment to provide a workplace free from gender-based discrimination.
To foster a psychological and social climate that will increase awareness of sexual harassment in all of its forms.
To establish a safe atmosphere in both the physical and social realms in order to prevent sexual harassment.
To develop a permanent system for the Institute's use in preventing and handling cases of sexual harassment and other forms of gender-based violence.
